About Me
I am a native of Utah and grew up in Salt Lake City and lived there most of my life. Although Salt Lake is a really great city, I had always longed to live in the mountains. Luckily for me, I got what I wanted and I moved to Midway, Utah about 8 years ago and purchased a small horse ranch along the Provo River. I love breathing clean air and riding my horses in the mountains. I love skiing at all of the wonderful resorts we have up here and in the summer I enjoy boating, water skiing and camping in the Uintah Mountains with my friends and my horses. In April 2007 I sold my place in Midway and I moved to Woodland, Utah which is about 4 or 5 miles away from Kamas, Utah. I have horse property there as well. It is perfect for my family and I like it just as much, maybe more than Midway because it is so quiet and not as busy. The riding trails are much closer and there are so many of them just a few minutes away.
The Park City area is so close to home for me it has been a great place for me to make personal investments. I own two townhouse condominiums on Park Avenue and rent them out on a nightly basis. Because of my profession, I always have access to great investment opportunities. I plan to continue on building my own investments in this area because the market here is so stable and continues to be very profitable. I will be concentrating my marketing towards finding buyers great deals on investment property, second homes here in Park City because that is what I am good at doing. I do it for myself, why not let me do it for you too. I am also going to be concentrating my marketing efforts in Woodland and surrounding areas because it really is spectacular here. I would love to work with other horse lovers and enthusiasts to help them to find their own perfect place to live in harmony with nature and their horses.
