As demand for urban living increases, so will the demand for amenities to support it. Salt Lake City has many attractive urban properties to chose from, and all of them have their unique points.  There’s something for everyone!

The Metro Condominiums

The Metro Condominiums are one of Utah’s newest high-end commercial/residential projects. The seven-story building features state-of-the-art interiors, high-end finishes, and gorgeous common areas.  Striking architectural design and modern interiors elevate downtown living in our studio, 1, 2, & 3 bedroom residential units and unique Live/Work spaces at The Metro Condos.

Facilities include owner’s lounge plaza level at the third floor. The Fitness Center includes the latest cardio & strength equipment. One key benefit of this arrangement is that traffic generated by this underground parking will not combine with Metro residential parking, which has a separate entrance on street level at the south end of the Metro. In terms of security, it has a magnetic card secured access to lobby and parking structure.

City Creek Center – Coming Soon

LIVE, WORK and PLAY in City Creek Center.

The City Creek Center, the largest mixed-use development, will be constructed on nearly 20 acres across three blocks in downtown Salt Lake City. Current plans call for the building to stand at 415 feet (126 m) tall and contains 30 stories. It will also include a large underground parking structures to maximize wide open space. Multi-level sidewalks will feature six total acres of green space, fountains, and a stream with new and refurbished office towers, and a full-service grocery store. A pedestrian skyway is designed to link the two city blocks across Main Street and to minimize troublesome cross-traffic.

The center will be anchored by a 124,000-square-foot, two-level Nordstrom and a 150,000-square-foot Macy’s. Both stores will have flagship presentations. The pedestrian walkways linking the anchors will house additional retail space, including more than 100 stores, restaurants and a food court.

An updated timeline calls for landscapers to be putting the finishing touches on City Creek Center by mid-2012. When the project is completely constructed it will be among Utah’s highest-standing structures, defining the city as one with a vibrant, world-class commercial/residential center at its core.
